This privacy policy describes how OntologyCPG("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information you provide through our website and application form. This is a placeholder policy that will be replaced with a finalized legal document prior to public launch.
Information we collect
When you submit an application, we collect the contact and business information you provide in the form, your IP address (in hashed form for spam prevention and rate limiting), referrer URL, and any UTM tracking parameters present in the URL.
How we use it
We use the information you submit solely to evaluate your application, communicate with you about the application, and improve our screening process. We do not sell your data, share it with third parties for marketing, or add you to a generic mailing list.
Analytics
We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-respecting analytics provider that does not use cookies and does not collect personally identifiable information. Aggregate, anonymous traffic data is used to understand how the site is used.
We send transactional emails (application receipt confirmation) via Resend. We do not enroll applicants in marketing email sequences.
Your rights
You can request a copy of the data we hold about you, or request deletion of it, by emailing hello@ontologycpg.com. We will respond within 30 days.
